Our proven Toolinspect system for sensorless monitoring for tool breakage, wear detection, adaptive feed control and condition monitoring.

In addition, we will be showing easy-to-use and informative solutions for analyzing and documenting process events on the machine or on a PC.

The latest development from MCU is Balance. 
For machines with directly driven rotary tables, Balance is an easy-to-retrofit solution for identifying the smallest imbalances by means of internal drive signals. 
Here, too, no complex installation of additional sensors is required.

A special feature of this solution is the ability to measure at low speeds.
An advantage that is particularly relevant for large rotary tables, where the speeds required by sensor-based systems are not possible due to the masses involved.

Balance enables low-vibration operation and thus makes an important contribution to consistently high workpiece quality.
